SHIPPING COST

Europe (European Union) free shipping for all orders from 50 EUR.

To other countries* (outside EU) free shipping for all orders from 100 EUR.

Europe - for orders less than 50 EUR, shipping costs are charged 10 EUR.

Other countries (outside EU), for order less than 50 EUR, shipping costs are charged 20 EUR and orders less than 100 EUR, but more than 50 EUR, shipping costs are 10 EUR

DELIVERY TIME 

Standard delivery time in Europe: 4-7 days.

Other countries (outside Europe): 4-10 days.

We normally dispatch all orders within 1-2 working day.
During really busy periods like sales, we may take up to 1-8 days for some orders due to the high volumes. 

TAXES AND OTHER DUTIES

There can be additional duties and taxes applied upon receipt of your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. PROSVEGO is not required to inform customers of such additional costs and is not required to refund such costs to customer.
